About the People

The practice is comprised of senior managers, customer service analysts, team leads, business analysts, and operations clerks. Through this mix of skills and experience, we can provide the full complement of business process outsourcing staffing needs.

BPO services are currently delivered from our Liverpool site in the UK and our Hangzhou site in China. We are also in a position to quickly establish services from our Horsham office in the US.
