Directions from the M6

Leave the M6 at junction 31 and take the A59 to Preston through Ribbleton.

This meets the A6 (London Road) at a T junction with traffic lights. Turn left then immediately right into Queen Street. Keep going straight into Avenham Lane (crossing Manchester Road).

Turn right into Syke Street and keep going straight into Cross Street. At the end of Cross Street turn left into Winckley Square. Robert House is about a hundred yards down on the left.
