Application Process

Our vacancies are advertised and sourced on this site and through the services of The People Pool. We work closely with The People Pool to handle, manage and support the initial contact with prospective candidates. They provide particular assistance in the application and selection process.

Candidates are required to complete an application form before being invited for an interview. After your application is processed, you will be notified of the outcome and suitability.

Interview Process

We have designed our recruitment process to allow both the applicant and ourselves the opportunity to find out more about each other in a relaxed and open forum. This is achieved through a half day assessment center. Our interview process includes a face-to-face interview and a technical workflow assessment which is designed to assess a candidate's ability to follow structured processes.
