Interview Format
We have designed our recruitment process to allow both the applicant and ourselves the opportunity to find out more about each other in a relaxed and open forum. This is achieved through an assessment center. Our interview process includes an English verbal reasoning test and a face-to-face interview. A technical workflow assessment is also included, which is designed to assess a candidate's ability to follow structured processes. The interview process will take approximately 2.5 hrs to complete.
