China BPO

Application Process

To apply for a China BPO role please send your CV/resume to the e-mail address shown, preferably in Microsoft Word format.

All applications are reviewed and compared to our current and future vacancies. We will contact you with the details of those roles that match your skills. All applications are retained for at least one year and will be reconsidered for any new roles that come up in that time.

Interview Format

We have designed our recruitment process to allow both the applicant and ourselves the opportunity to find out more about each other in a relaxed and open forum. This is achieved through an assessment center. Our interview process includes an English verbal reasoning test and a face-to-face interview. A technical workflow assessment is also included, which is designed to assess a candidate's ability to follow structured processes. The interview process will take approximately 2.5 hrs to complete.
